Bodies of maintenance workers removed from sewerage pit at V & A Waterfront

The bodies of at least two maintenance workers have been recovered from a sewerage pit behind a hotel at the V&A Waterfront. The City’s Fire Services says their team had to don Class B hazmat suits as the pit was filled with toxic gasses.
