The City is proposing to turn the Sea Point Promenade into a pedestrian only zone. They plan to allow cyclists, skateboarders and rollerbladers on the seaside of Beach Road from Mouille Point to the pavilion swimming pool. This after the City found that 90% of people use the promenade for strolling. H
